Nigeria in Top 10 countries at risk of humanitarian disaster in 2019

14 December 2018 The International Rescue Committee (IRC) has named the countries most at risk of being hit by humanitarian catastrophe next year.  Top of the list is Yemen, followed by the Democratic Republic of Congo and then South Sudan.
