On the pitch African footballers have made a huge impact in European football but even for the big stars, breaking into management in Europe has been nearly impossible. Nigeria legend Sunday Oliseh is currently the only head coach from sub saharan Africa at a professional football club in Europe. The former Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Ajax midfielder is in charge of Fortuna Sittard, who play in the Dutch second tier. So why aren’t there more African head coaches working alongside him in Europe? John Bennett went to meet him…
