The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has taken delivery of a brand new Nissan Altima 2.5 SL for new coach Sunday Oliseh’s use while in Abuja.
It would be recalled that when Oliseh was appointed last month there was a suggestion that he will be based in Belgium and will return to Nigeria when required.
The coach’s car retails at around $22,500 and the speed in which it was provided suggests a football federation that has got itself in gear to ensure the coach is able to work without hindrance.
Oliseh has been in Nigeria for a week preparing for the African Nations Cup qualifier against Tanzania on 5 September with players based in the domestic league. He said on Twitter that the players “are showing lots of promise”.
