President Buhahari is expected in Germany this weekend.
His spokesman Shehu Garba claimed: “The President has accepted the invitation to attend the G7 summit. He’s expected to depart Nigeria on Sunday for the summit. It’s going to be a two-day trip.”
The G7 summit will be held in Schloss Elmau, Krün, Bavaria, Germany on June 7–8.
But two sources in Germany have informed us that a bed and accommodation have been reserved for the president at a specialist hospital in Wiesbaden, which is in central western Germany and about two and half hours drive away from the G7 host town. The hospital specialises in heart diseases and cancer treatment.
One of the sources works in the Nigerian consulate in Frankfurt and the other works in the hospital.
